       The Kelly Walsh math department offers a wide variety of course offerings from basic pre-algebra to advanced placement calculus. Also offered in our department is a full line of computer science courses.

–Using delivery techniques that encourage the student to be an active participant.

–Providing content that is relevant to the learner as well as relevant to the demands of the work place.

–Integrating the various strands of mathematics. (i.e. Geometry, Algebra, Trigonometry)

KW Wins State Math Contest - Again!

Regional Mathematics Competition ;Tuesday, February 24, fifty-five Kelly Walsh 9th – 12th grade students participated in the Regional Mathematics competition held at Casper College. These students represented Kelly Walsh very well.
The contest is made up of two divisions. The A-Division is for 11th and 12th graders and the B-Division is for 9th and 10th graders. KW finished 1st in the A-Division and 2nd in the B-Division.
